OK. I can take control in an 'acting' basis for now and organise 
things for a meeting in March. We can have a vote and decide how to 
proceed from there.

I'd like to be the first to thank Mark for getting Watford LUG started 
up in the first place. Without Mark's efforts and enthusiasm this LUG 
wouldn't be here at all so thanks for all your efforts Mark.
