Not being biased or anything, but ;-), Plone is quite a good CMS... and 
you can get various plugins for it (e.g. wiki, blog etc). Kat has the 
same setup (http://kat.codepoets.co.uk)

Plone is also written in Python, has persistance and other stuff...



Mambo has, I believe, a bad security record....
