Ah I'm considering a net/network install on a (Everyone yawn coz its back!)
Digital HiNote Ultra II on Friday I will be getting some replacement memory
for it, it'll have its maximum capacity, hold the arms of your chair, here it
comes, 40 MEGABYTES -WOW read it and weep people feel the power!!!!
I've never done a network install so it should be fun! I'm expecting loads of
buggers, shits and other technically important expletives.
This Laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM I did manage to get Mandrake to start
loading via PCMCIA CD-ROM but it bombed out due to lack of memory. My plan is
to put Debian on it Ive downloaded a "minimal iso" which apparently will get
me started for a net install I also have a supposed HiNote Kernel so thats my
weekend sorted.

No no FC2 is beautiful has has no faults whatsoever like our guys here say
regarding any problem "its user operation related, nothing to do with the
Kit!" :-)
Plus you shouldn't be watching that type of video
"God kills a kitten every time you do that sort of thing" :-(
Sound card seems to be a problem with a lot of Linux Distro's I've never had a
problem on this machine (Dell Latitude CPi) but I get no sound at home on the
Suse 9.1 machine, it did work for 30 seconds when I did the upgrade but now
refuses to work maybe because its an on-board jobby.
Have you looked on the Fedora Users list to see if there is a fix for your
machine?
