Html-kit is free for windows, and has plug-ins to make it as big or as
small as
you want. It also has plugins and markup for CSS, PHP, ASP, SQL and
JavaScript.
I use it on Windows, and I think it's the best 'html' editor I've ever played
with. It does a neat trick (with temporary files) that means you can work from
the FTP server, and when you save the file it's uploaded again, rather than
you having to save and upload it yourself.
