Kevan sounds like you have it tough. Go and see the doctor and ask for
something different to manage the pain. The over-the-counter drugs
taken over a long period you can end up with bad side affects. Naproxen
worked for me but please try Turmeric.

It probably wont be a sledge hammer to crack a nut but if it takes the
edge off + the beneficial side affects = win.
