[Wolves] Ott installing dvb pci express card

Hi

AFAIR one of the devices has to inject power. In most of the setups I came across it was supplied by the multi switch. There are also powered LNBs and dedicated power injectors.

If you normally have a receiver connected check its settings, it should have switch to enable or disable power.
