One final comment

There is nothing the the standard that says there must be a space 
following the colon in a header field. It may not be a space, it may be a 
tab character, or it can go striaght into the header field.

So I always do my checking regexp like....

  From:.*(user1@|user2@|use...)

With no spaces. The ".*" matches anything

You really should understand regular expressions if you are going to use
procmail well.
