Problem sorted by adding (hd1) /dev/hdb to /boot/grub/device.map and adding new title (Windows 98 SE) section to /boot/grub/grub.conf Simple, really, and FC2 looks very good but W98SE has thrown in a ffew blank partitions! Doesn't look as though there's any harm other than access to some old email messages. Mike
