The Netgear FSM700S 24 port 10/100 switch, with 2 gigabit ports, and 2 GBIC
ports, has the following function under the "Traffic Management"/"Traffic
Priority" section in the web control panel:

DiffServ Priority:
Change the default DSCP priorities by selecting "Normal Priority" or "High
Priority" or each class of service. Then select "Apply." Differentiated
Services Code Point (DSCP) fields classify packets into one of 64 classes.
The IETF definition of the IPv4 Type of Service (ToS) octet in the IP
packet-header utilizes DSCP values for prioritization.

And it only costs about 300 quid. Got it from Dabs I think, and damn funky.
Quite happily shunted 70MB/s over 2 stacked switches, with netio, between 2
Gentoo boxes with RTL8169 on board NICs.
