[Wylug-help] Installation of Nvidia graphics card drivers.

I am running SUSE 9 Pro.
currently the system is running my graphics card in 2D mode.
I have downloaded the new drivers from the Nvidia Web site.
Can anyone tell me how to install the drivers. The installation process described on the Nvidia web site did not help me.

If anyone can give me the idiots guide to the installation process I would be very grateful.
