I like the Buffalo WHRG54S.
I bought it myself because its an open design and so you can get more
interesting firmware to use on it [I use dd-wrt - http://www.dd-
wrt.com/ ].
However I also recommended it to my sister in law to set up at her
home without me needing to do a site visit (in this case using the
supplied firmware). Although we could not get the Buffalo AOSS
(wireless security for idiots) to work appropriately, it was easy to
talk her through setting it up more conventionally.
There are a couple of other models supporting the post G standards,
but I haven't had experience of them.
Its a nice small router, cheap, reliable in my experience.
Available from ebuyer for 28 pounds - if you can add something to get
the price up to 30 you could get 10 pounds off by paying through the
google checkout.
