The Django guys are hosting some videos from the 'Snakes and Rubies'
conference. They're pretty good (although about a year out of date).

Sure that's comparing the frameworks but it's still a useful thing to note.

In it you will see how the Django guy is fairly cool while DHH (the
Rails guy) is kind of annoying.
