Probably by doing a PhD in Grid Computing or by bringing some
real-world relevant experience in - looking at the salary (pretty good
by academic standards and seemingly in the same ballpark as an RA with
a PhD might expect) I would guess that that is probably not intended
as an entry-level position.  ;)
