Apply then.

The way it works is that you must satisfy all the skills in the required
section. If you don't, you won't get interviewed even if you are the
only candidate.

Then under the advantagous bit, its a case of more is better, but
it is up to the interviewers if they want to give the job to someone
with less experience but more potential.

So while there's a lot of HPC stuff in there (MPI. grid etc) there's
also a lot of more general stuff (programming, sysadmin, bash,
scripting etc).

Just depends who else applies, but possibly worth a punt.
