I seem to have missed something along the way here.
Why are we currently unable to use HCT?

I seem to remember that this was mentioned some 18 months ago.  That there
were Council owned premises for community groups.
However we never seemed to be able to actually confirm this and it was
pointed out that with Council finances as they are they would almost
ceertainly be charging something.

I think the fact that it was blistering weather and into the holiday season
may not be helping .
There are also a clutch of new fathers with other things on their minds at
the moment as well!
