[HLUG] Ubuntu and Compiz videocard

Hi,

Thanks for the link.  The machine is an AMD Dual-core, with 1GB of ram,
and a 160GB disk with DVDRW.  The rest of the machine is fine, I didn't
expect much to be honest, but it is actually quite good, and reasonably
fast under Linux.  However, I just had issues with the video as
described.

Have you actually had experiences with that videocard under Ubuntu, as I
have beenreading and there seems to be a bit of hit and miss with the
lower end Nvidia cards.
