[HLUG] Audio from Capture Card to Sound Card

I have always found my capture card installed itself pretty easily in
ubuntu, and I got the sound working first try.

As far as I am aware the sound has to be daisy chained out of the capture
card into the sound card, because the capture card is designed to save and
compress the wave form it recieves, but then constructing it to play the
sound would probably cause a whole heap of compatibility problems in itsself
(Have you ever tried using a computer with two sound cards? I have, its not
pretty :( ).

The episode of Systm I posted a little while ago talks in detail about
configureing Mythbuntu, that particular version of myth sems pretty
intuative and seems to provide a lot of options.

Maybe you can bring your box along to the next meeting? If it is in Hereford
again I will be there.
