Hi Julian, fortunately pencil is already included in the version of Tuxedu I gave him - but it is not a program I have tested as yet.

Subject: [HLUG] Tonights mtg

Hi

So good to see so many people at tonight's LUG Meeting, 15 in all a record I
think, including 2 Herefordshire Council ICT Consultants for with
responsibility for Primary and Secondary Education, and one Prospective
Parliamentary Candidate for the LibDems .....

The ICT Primary Schools Consultant to Herefordshire Council said he was
looking if there was an application for simple animations.

Pencil - the one I suggested looks a good match; its described as 'Pencil
Traditional animation Software. Pencil is an animation/drawing software for
Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. It lets you create traditional hand-drawn
animation (cartoon) using both bitmap and vector graphics. Pencil is free
and open source. '

Sarah - can you pass this on to him please http://www.pencil-animation.org/

Julian
