Not as regularly as I would like. ;-)
Not using it remote, but I use rdiff-backup. Still commandline, don't 
know if there's a gui available, but with an alias the used command is 
fairly straightforward.
Can do full and incremental back-up as well as mirroring, and certainly 
more than I use.
