[Nottingham] Wireless connection at University of Nottingham

UoN Secure generally works well for me on Ubuntu Netbook (Jaunty, I think -
it's not with me), using wicd..

There are some areas (and thinking about it, Pope is one) where the routers
don't seem to show the network name consistenly (so if I look at the list of
available networks I don't see UoN-Secure, but a list of individual router
names). I can still usually connect to one of these using the same
credentials as UoN Secure. It may be worth checking if this is the case and
talking to the IT rep in the building to see if s/he knows whether there are
any issues with routers.

Alternatively, mail IT helpdesk and ask specifically whether Networks Team
are aware of any issues. That should get the question routed to the right
area, and they aren't all Windows fans in there!
